NB. Our fixed breaks are charged at lower rates than our standard nightly rate. Arrival days are all days for week long stays; Fridays for 3 night weekend breaks, and Mondays for 4 night week day breaks. Payment Terms (please also see Corona virus Guarantee Scheme For Bookings Made during the pandemic).
Your booking is provisional until we receive either a 30% - 50% deposit or payment in full. We allow 2 days between the date of your provisional booking and the payment of your deposit/full payment. Your balance must be paid by 30 days before your arrival date. Guests making bookings within 4 weeks of their arrival date should make immediate full payment. We will confirm your booking on receipt of your payment. Payments can be made online via this website or by Bank Credit Transfer. For last minute bookings, proof of identity may be required at check in. A £50 returnable house-keeping bond is payable on all accommodations (returned provided that the accommodation is left in an acceptable condition). Please click this link to read our full terms.
